a) Multitasking – emails, computer, voicemails etc. All these are distractions. Multi tasking is lowered the IQ and the ability to process information.
b) Distraction and Interruption – it doesnt help as each distraction casuses loss of time.
c) Friction – something not working well or smoothly
– Emotional issues
– bad work environment
– eliminate friction
d) Unstable mind – meditation helps
Let go of internet
Let go of emails, text msgs
Patterns in Effective people and Ineffective people
Most people show interest in a lot of things, try a few and give up in the end…solely because they didnt not persevere.
They would put up a website, try a few things in marketing, wait for things to happen and if it doesnt they walk away from it and move on to the next thing.
Create your won faith in yourself.
Have to be absolutely persistent.

How long is it going to take me
I am going to stay on the path until I am sure that it works and not works..
Work every single day to keep marching towards your goal.

All this even if there is no instant gratification or immediate results.
